Welcome to the UPC Genome Core!  Our mission here at the UPC Genome Core is to promote and advance biological research to the entire university community, especially here at the University Park Campus location. Our services include high-throughput next-generation sequencing on three complementary platforms including:

2. •Roche 454 GS-FLX plus
   

3. •Ion Torrent PGM platform
   

We provide optional library construction services and use of our high-throughput Beckman Coulter Biomek® 3000 Automated Workstation. Services also include access to the BD Influx Flow Cytometer & Cell Sorter to facilitate a wide array of research applications. By providing access to the latest and most complementary technologies available, we hope provide accurate, efficient, and personal solutions to all our customers.
